Evaluation Services
General Evaluation- $145 (Includes all credentials evaluated at one time)
The General Evaluation is a letter of equivalency of foreign educational records compared with the U.S. educational system.
Detailed Evaluation- $225 (Includes all credentials evaluated at one time)
(Also called the course by course evaluation) The Detailed Evaluation includes the U.S. equivalence of each record and also lists the subjects studied, grades earned, and U.S. credits where applicable. GPA and other services can be added.
*** We will include all of your credentials at once in the Evaluation for one fee (High School, Bachelors, Masters, etc…). If they are added on later, additional fees apply.
Additional Services which can be added to a Detailed Evaluation:
Grade Point Average for an additional $45 (Includes all credentials evaluated at one time)
Course Level (includes all post-secondary credentials evaluated at one time) distinguishes between lower level and upper level courses for an additional $60
Licensing Board Information (includes all post-secondary credentials evaluated at one time) includes specific information required by licensing boards for an additional $65
Full Course Descriptions for an additional $425 Applicant must submit to IACEI an official printed catalog/syllabus/description for each course from the foreign institution in the native language with a ATA certified translation prepared in the United States.
Catalog Matching of Courses (matches courses taken at foreign institution with specific courses at a US institution)for an additional $445 Applicant must submit to IACEI an official printed catalog/syllabus/description for each course from the foreign institution in the native language with a ATA certified translation prepared in the United States and the official printed catalog with course descriptions from the U.S. institution
Shipping Services
Priority USPS mail- $18.50, within the US only, tracking provided, recommended for return of original documents, 2-5 day delivery
Express USPS mail- $39.50, within the US only, tracking provided, recommended for return of original documents,1-2 day delivery
International mail- $148, required for international addresses, (DHL)
Electronic delivery- $18, sent through Parchment
**IACEI is not responsible for mailing delays. Once a package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the USPS or DHL. The client will need to follow up with the courier or recipient to verify delivery. If shipping with tracking is selected, the tracking will be provided through the online status after the evaluation is complete.
