If you have already completed an evaluation with us, the services below are for you. From here, you may check the status of an application upgrade an existing evaluation, or request copies of an evaluation.  

Order Additional Copies


If you have had an evaluation within the last five years, you may request additional hard copies or electronic copies here. If you completed an evaluation with us over five years ago, send us an email with any possible names or file numbers on the evaluation and we will let you know if we still have it on file. Click the link to view fees that may be associated with additional copy requests. From there you may order copies.

Upgrade an Existing Evaluation


If you have done an evaluation with us in the past and you need to make changes such as adding new documents, changing from general evaluation to a detailed evaluation, adding GPA, and other changes, you may request those changes here. Normal processing time is 10-12 business days unless expedited services are selected. If you are adding new documents be sure to send them in accordance with the document requirements of your country.

Check Status of an Application

You will need your file number to check the status. File numbers are case-sensitive. Each new request will generate a new file number so be sure to keep track of each one. Depending on your browser, you may need to scroll to the right to see the green check marks that indicate status.
