1. Electronic Documents are verified and sent directly to us through Qualification Check This requires only photocopies from you and can be used for future educators or employers. Click here for more information.

2. The issuing institution emails the documents directly to us. If the issuing institution  is able to email them to us directly using an official school email address, we would consider them official. You will need to select the Electronic Submission Fee ($30) on the application in addition to the normal services. After you have submitted the application, have the issuing institution email a copy of all required documents to staff@iacei.net with your file number in the subject line from an official email address.

3. You email documents that can be verified online. We would also accept photocopies that can be verified with the issuing institution electronically as official. You will need to select the Electronic Submission Fee ($30) on the application in addition to the normal services. After you have submitted the application, email a copy of all required documents to staff@iacei.net with your file number in the subject line. You will need to include specific information on how they can be verified on the email such as an official school email address that we can reach out to or steps/links to verify the documents through an online portal.

Please note that we are working remotely so receiving a response to an email that requires reviewing physical documents may take an extra day or so. We still strive to have all emails answered within 1-2 business days.
