About IACE Application Process

Application Checklist □ Application filled out completely, signed, and dated. □ Personal check or money order must be payable to IACEI and mailed with documentation. □ Include original documentation plus a complete set of photocopied documentation. (See Document Exceptions). □ Mail by United States Postal Service (USPS) Certified Mail or Express Mail with tracking number. □ Make note of tracking number for future reference. □ For clients outside the U.S.: Contact IACE for a physical address for courier.
